Draft policy. This page presents the structural privacy policy. The final published policy is drafted under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act (No. 9 of 2022), aligned with GDPR where European fans visit, and reviewed by counsel before V2.

What we collect

When you sign in to the Lanka Premier League platform we collect: your email address (via Google sign-in or magic link), the display name you choose, the city and country you provide during onboarding, the team you nominate as your supported team, your prediction submissions, your Daily Trivia responses, and your Player-of-the-Match votes.

How we use it

We use this data to: run the fan engagement layer (score your predictions, place you on the leaderboard), personalise your experience (highlight your supported team, surface your prediction history), and communicate with you about the tournament (push notifications, important account updates). We never sell your data.

Public profile

By design, your display name, supported team, city, country, and accumulated points are public on the leaderboard. Your email address is private to your account and is never displayed.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from /me/settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and all linked predictions; aggregate tournament statistics retain anonymised totals only.
